John Lamb, Arts '74, Grad '76, is the vice president for finance of Marquette University. Reporting to the senior vice president, Lamb is responsible for the finance division which includes the following: Comptroller, Treasury Services, Budget, Bursar and Purchasing.
Lamb joined Marquette in 1977 as a financial analyst and has served in various administrative capacities including associate director of student financial aid, bursar, assistant treasurer, assistant vice president for budget and lecturer of economics. He was elected assistant treasurer of the Marquette University Board of Trustees in 1997.
Lamb earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in economics and finance, both from Marquette.
