A: All applications for support staff positions are received in the Department of Human Resources and a postcard acknowledging receipt is sent. Due to the volume of applications received, employment staff is unable to contact all individuals to advise them of the status of their application. Copies of all applications received will be forwarded on to the hiring agent. The hiring agent will contact applicants who are being seriously considered. Faculty and administrator positions are sent directly to the hiring agent. The hiring agent will contact applicants who are being seriously considered.
A: Applications/resumes remain on file for one year.
A: You do not need to resubmit your resume/application as long as it has been on file for one year and you can provide us with information on the last position you applied for. However, if you are applying for a different position (i.e. the first position applied for was a Safety Services Officer and now you want to apply for an Office Associate position), it is recommended (but not required) that you submit a new resume/application.
