Fiserv/Wausau Benefits gives members of Marquette University's health insurance plans the freedom to receive vision care from the provider of their choice. Members can choose services from a provider that is not within your plan network, and the $120 benefit per participant will still apply.
All plan members are encouraged to stay within network for their vision care expenses for two reasons. First, an in-network provider can forward your vision claim directly to Fiserv/Wausau Benefits, versus paying the vision expense first and seeking reimbursement at a later date. Second, an in-network facility can provide your vision expenses at a discounted rate, which will add value to your $120 annual vision benefit.
Should you choose to receive your vision care services through a non-network provider, please submit your receipts to:
