WHAT TO PACK FOR THE RESIDENCE HALLS
Current Marquette students compiled a comprehensive list of items they found useful when living in the residence halls. Download list of "what to pack" for the residence hall (PDF).
The standard room accomodations include an extra-long twin bed (36" x 80"), mattress and mattress cover, dresser and mirror, desk, study lamp, desk chair, curtains and telephone with voicemail.

- Pillow and Pillowcase
Our Residence Hall Association sponsors a Linens Program designed specifically for these beds. Information on this program can be found by clicking here.

- Small Microwaves (6 amps, 700 watts)
- Refrigerators (4 cubic ft max.)

- Towels
- Washcloths
- Robes
- Buckets and Toiletries
- Cleaning Supplies *
*Marquette custodial personnel clean the common bathrooms, but students with private bathrooms are responsible for cleaning them.
APPLIANCES THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE:
- Toasters, Deep-fat Fryers, Ovens Camping Stoves and Hot Plates
- Charcoal, Gas and George ForemanTM style grills
- Power Tools
- Subwoofers and Amplifiers for Instruments
